Dear Prospective Bidder:

Please be advised of the following clarifications regarding the above referenced project:

Page No. 12, Section #5.0 A. “Solid Waste for Which Disposal Services to be Provided”:

Paragraph 1 – 3,000 tons should be 2,500 tons.

Page No. 19 – Section 5.0 #5.17 – “Breach of Contract”:

Last paragraph has been revised for clarification.

Page No. 19 – Section 5.0 – #5.18 – “Bypass Provisions”:

First paragraph has been revised for clarification.

All changes are shown in red italics print for your use.

Attached are revised pages 12 and 19.  Please use revised Pages 12 and 19 and disregard the pages that you currently have.

We have also attached the Notice to Bidders for reference purposes only.
